I'm just going to post a link to the recipe, because of the copyright brouhaha, but these are incredible! I used the butter/coconut oil combo and rolled them in the melted butter before cooking, and they are perfect!

Thanks for the recipe.
Coconut oil is the best kept secret in cooking and baking.
It temporarily lost it's favor in our kitchens because of one phony
group, the centers for science in the public interest campaign against it's
use in movie cinema houses.
It is wonderfully nutritious.
