The beat goes on! Here’s the world’s most successful investor talking about our favorite metal:

Warren Buffett on gold:

“You can fondle it, you can polish it, you can stare at it. But it isn’t going to do anything.”

Except protect you from losing every dime!

Also you can't eat it either but it's a good thing to have but when our economy finally crashes, food and water will be worth their weight in gold.

With this mutthead we have in the White House, the democrats wanting to spend, spend and spend some more and the republicans just wringing their hands, it won't be long before we will be a third world country.

Do the law makers care? Nope. I live in Nevada and this state has a huge, one of the biggest deficits.
Our legislature is passing laws about saving wild horses that IMHO should be just shot. They keep on passing bills to raise taxes that our new governor just vetos.

Las Vegas and Clark county are cutting budgets and planning lay offs but that won't happen until the PUBLIC UNIONS approve what the law makers want.

Here in Nye county the government is offering early buyouts to employees that have not yet reached retirement age so they can then retire early at 85% of their last 3 years of salary. It's a buddy system back scratching deal that tells me someone ought to go to jail.

Well they were already soaking up a salary while keeping a chair warm in some county office building and probably sneaking a few farts into that seat every day.

Public unions need to go away. No need for them.
NEA, teachers union, flush them. They don't educate, they just teach the values they believe.

Gold?

Naw, Beans, Rice, yeast, sugar, water and flour and the 50# of butter the Mrs. has canned and plenty of lead. That will be the new gold when the revolution happens.

But that's just me.
