Post The Flying Dutchman and "The Winds of War" Chat
The Flying Dutchman will host another get-together for all members in the
"Chat" section of "Preparing for the Future" on Monday April 18,2011
starting at 8PM Eastern Time, 7PM Central Time to update all interested on
the breaking critical situations in the Mid-East and Far East.

Those of you who have participated in the Monday's chat know how informative it
was. Those that didn't, please attend and enjoy.

Dutch is a regular poster of "Winds of War" , and has served faithfully as our on-line
"watchman on the wall" for several years.

We will be using the "Chat" section accessible from the Forum Menu Bar (right
next to the "Private Message"notifier at the top of the page above the
regular "chat" box). Just click to enter. See you all Monday evening!

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

Ladies and Gentlemen; Please acept my most abject apology for not being here for the chat at 7:00. My only excuse is that the "Wild Cat" wild fire has broken into our vally last evening - the fire fightwers fought it untill dawn (and thought that they had put it out - so they left. At 2:00 PM this afternoon, the wild fire re-started! And is now half way down the small mountain towards our place (about 2 1/2 miles to the north east of us. Fortunately, the wind is blowing from the south; but for how long, I do not know. *As I type, my lady has just told me that there was another 'exploding Juniper tree up on the side of the affected hill... Each time the fire touches one of those Juniper trees. It speeds up the fire's progress.

Dutch from me...

Thank You for getting online and updating us on the wildfires, I can't even imagine what you are going through rigt now. We have wild fires up here but not that close to any place I have ever lived. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours, during this time. There are plenty of times to do chats, the most important thing right now is that you take care.

Anyone else would care to join prayers for Dutch please post them here
