Why do we publish these types of studies? And btw, who the hell suggested locating all DoD employees in a spot that can be taken out with one truck bomb? So, now we're doing the terrorist's work for them? It's like they're announcing "Strike Here!" I wonder if there is a neon arrow pointing to the most effective bomb site?

This is a scenario that should have been researched BEFORE such a move was ever made. Whoever was responsible for making this decision should be fired for incompetance.
