Post Pumpkin Waffles
These are such a fall treat in my house I can't seem to make them fast enough! They're great with maple syrup for breakfast or butter pecan icecream for a dessert.

2 1/2 cups AP flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoons cloves
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup plain pumpkin
6 TBSPS butter, melted

In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin, milk and butter. Mix well.

Add pumpkin mix to dry ingredients and mix well.

Cook in preheated waffle iron about 5 mins until crisp and browned.
