Tor isn't as good as it used to be. I used tor for a long time.

I agree, some of the exit nodes are more likely compromised.
i think the BIG problems are foreign governments wishing to control access in their own countries.

Until I find a good enough free alternative however, I'll use it..

Unless you're using Tor, Hushmail and Vidalia thru a Truecrypt proxy.

DF could you create a thread teaching us non-tech people how to do that???

We all may need that kind of capability soon.

Absolutely.

Mind you, it's not perfect, but it helps...

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

uuu idahobob here. Not a newb to this prepping stuff. I'll try not to ruffle too many feathers here lll I'm just slightly opinionated and two of our adult daughters think that I am just a bit overbearing rrr I have no idea where they may have gotten that idea from lll

Now that we are recovering from the holiday over indulgences, (can we say, way too much naughty food) it is time to get back to some very pressing issues, i.e. losing more weight, getting into better shape and getting our Tech and General Amateur Radio licenses. sss

'nuff for now,

Bob
