Designer Murder: A How To Guide
Designer Murder: A How To Guide

No evidence.

No witnesses yet numerous soul saw it.

No law enforcement involvement because they neglected their duties.

And no judicial oversight to punish the guilty even if the evidence is overwhelming.

Murder in the first degree is easy if one knows how to do it and this guide will demonstrate a perspective on how to do this with little consequence to those who leave a lifeless corpse on the side of the road, in a ditch, or buried in a swamp. The remnants will only be discovered by a construction crew, archeologist, or intrepid detective at some later date but the party guilty of the crime will escape into the pages of history, a distant memory to all but the victim’s soul which shall cry in anguish for eternity.

The first thing the perpetrator must develop or understand is the motive and as such, an intense desire to execute the crime in question, that being murder in the first degree. But to answer that question, one must start with by defining the components with the state of mind for first degree murder(from Wikipedia):

The four states of mind recognized as constituting “malice” are:

1. Intent to kill,
2. Intent to inflict grievous bodily harm short of death,
3. Reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to human life (sometimes described as an “abandoned and malignant heart”), or
4. Intent to commit a dangerous felony (the “felony-murder” doctrine).

This preconceived notion or premeditation to commit murder means that the motive has been established long before the actual act itself in some cases, or on very short notice an emotional decision based on feelings which encourages the individual (or individuals) to engage in such an act. The problem with motive and malice however does not insure that the murderer will in fact allow the perpetrator to get away with the crime. That is where planning and perhaps collaboration would be of assistance to the instigator of the crime, thus assuring their ability to escape and perform the perfect murder.

The danger with finding assistance comes in two different complex lines of consideration; first of course would be trust and second the willingness or benefit to the second party for their active participation in the act itself. Trust is something that only the guilty party can consider as within the context of committing a criminal act, as is their any honor or faith in the cohort’s conscience when eliciting support for the planned action. That requires a period of either molding the character of the willing parties using enticements be they physical or emotional, to ensure complicity as the criminal act is completed. Beyond trust there is a more viable alternative to guarantee that the other party or parties colluded to engage in the action.

Active participation eradicating the evidence and creating an alibi for the guilty party are the two primary reasons to use other parties when engaging in the perfect crime. The willingness of those cohorts though is enhanced when a profit motive for the deed is demonstrated to the other participants. The danger to others in becoming an accessory to the crime requires a viable reward to preserve silence and distort evidentiary discovery. Selection of the partner(s) when conceiving the murder not only based on trust but on greed, thus providing the assassin cover even if one of the cooperative partners suddenly turns on the group. This selection process of assistants also should provide a shield where all symptoms, evidence, or motives for the crime will result in all parties taking revenge on any rats who abandon the group thus providing additional peer pressure and a long-term threat of harm. Creating this group will take time, however the perfect crime requires extensive planning.

Now that the team has been assembled, the idea of what to do with the victim comes into consideration. The best example of discarding of the cadaver and shocking witnesses into disbelief has been illustrated by one of the greatest movies of all time, The Godfather. During the scene where Micheal Corleone kills Captain McCluskey and Sollozzo, it happens in full public view and the murder weapon of in plain sight of the witnesses. The stunned diners at the restaurant have difficulty identifying the perpetrator due to the shock of the murder happening in front of them and the calm collected per-meditated plan being executed to the last detail. To engage in such a blatant act in front of the world is the key and to escape unscathed requires the assistance of many parties, sometimes (and usually) even law enforcement.

If one wishes to execute and complete the heinous act in public, finding accomplices with ties to or the ability to control the authorities is a major key to success. While this might be difficult if there are honorable men within the law enforcement community, finding corruption within the judicial system along with financially motivated public officials is not impossible. The corpse is best left to rot in view of the masses as a reminder and intimidation factor to warn or ward off both witnesses and opposition to the act. By careful planning and investments in assurances of freedom, the execution of the plan to perfection will be a success, no matter how gruesome the murder is.

With that summary of how to murder an entity and escape unscathed, at this point I wish to commend and congratulate the Democrat and Republican parties along with the financial entity known as the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States for the successful completion of the perfect murder. Lady Liberty is lying on a dining room floor in New York, now completely bled out, as the ruling elite have completed the ultimate crime with no threat of punishment, judgment, or condemnation. The “witnesses” still believe that the guilty are innocent yet imbecilic, viewing their actions as impotence and ignorance rather than malicious in its nature. Sadly for the world, this lesson was transferred to regimes around the planet as Freedom’s light shall be extinguished, and the willing dupes who observe the crime are educated to applause and encourage the further brutalization and destruction of the corpse, no matter how much pain they will feel from the offense itself.

The offense being the act of murder in the first degree, a criminal act for the masses, but not those who control our financial system or swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America as public officials.
