Re: OCT 2010 I spent the morning with my Son and Grandkids.
I went and picked them all up and we started our adventure.
Trinity of course asked if we could go to the Thrift Store first.
We went to Harbor Freight first:
3 mini flashlights, maybe 3 inches long
1 - 7 Cen-Tech Function Digital Multimeter
1 pair Multipurpose Scissors
1 - 12" Plastic Ratchet Bar Clamp/Spreader
3 different size wire brushes
$1.20 plus tax total after 20% off coupons and free coupons
Then we stopped at Rite-Aid:
22 Butterfinger Candy bars FREE after coupons
Price Chopper:
3 - 5lb bags of Gold medal Flour $3.00 total
1 - 26oz canister of salt 4 cents after coupon
2 -3lb bags of apples $2.99, I know, a lot but best price here this season and the kids wanted apples. taught them the last time we were together how to peel them and how to make baked apples.
Salvation Army:
I found a vase for 99 cents that matched my bowls
We found a ice cream ball, you fill the middle with the mixture to make ice cream, you fill the outside with ice and rock salt, then you toss the ball, roll the ball, any movement to make the ice cream.
Think it makes a pint, possibly a quart for $3.99
Kyle was all excited about it, he plans to make ice cream with it on his Birthday, his birthday is on the 1st of November, he will be 9 years old.
Next we went to Hannaford:
2 cases of creamed corn $1.50 per case
2 cases of peas FREE
24 boxes of macaroni & cheese FREE

Nyquil Liquicaps regular 6.88 sale .69 cents.. 3 packages with 12 liquid caps
Oral Acetaminophen regular 4.98 sale .50 cents each..3 bottles
Extra Strength Acetaminophen regular 5.97 sale 1.19 bottle of 50 ... 2 boxs
baboom energy spray reagular 2.50 sale .25 cents each.. 5 sprays
Sudafed cold an cough regular 6.50 sale .65 cents..1 box
so in total I got 180.50 plus taxs 204.05 worth of meds for 25.78 plus tax 29.13...I saved 178.27 and now we are stocked up for winter cold and flu bugs...
