Hi, thanks for letting me get on board. I live in the UK, apart for my sister I don't know anyone who has a stocked pantry that would last them more than two weeks, I have been slowly prepping for an economic disaster for about 1 year, collecting hand tools for the garden, adding fruit bushes ect.
I have about 6 months of food put by for 2 adults a small reserve of water though there is a stream close to where I live [have water purification tablets to make it safe] and there is always wet stuff falling from the sky, it has been raining lightly for the past two weeks.

Wow, it has been really great to see so many new people joining.
Hopefully we will see many more choosing to "Prepare for the Future".
As they say, you must make hay when the sun shines, as when the rain falls,
the hay is ruined.
BTW, folks here are very friendly, and please post the relevant news and prep
tips you find,as we need your input too.
We don't know it all.

New member here and some members may recognize the screen name from my postings on many other boards. I am probably ahead of the ballgame due to my working in the Army in SF community and civilian fields relating to public safety and response. Gonna check it out and see what new information I can find.
