I had no idea that dandelions had so many uses, that's cool. This is the kind of information I'm searching for,as these are the holes in my prepping I'm trying to fill, things like this, wild edibles(haven't been able to find any books or anything locally which is strange in the farming community I live in between a cpl mtn ranges) because I will bug out if things get out of hand and I think knowing things like this are important.
Thank you,
Lost

My mom used to make a wilted dandelion salad that was pretty darn good.
I remember it had bacon and warm vinegar. Possibly just a little sugar in the vinegar.
She made it in the spring when the leaves were tender

because of certain food allergies, I am limited in salad dressing usage

..my favorite home made is oil,vinegar,sugar...mixing depends on personal taste... mix oil, vinegar and sugar in a small canning jar put on lid and ring and shake the bgebee's out it, then pour across salad...

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.
