Our society is ever so fragile. Dollar collapse, social collapse, tax rebellion, earth changes, government tyranny then there is terrorism (staged or real), nuclear exchange, EMP's you name it. Any of these above mentioned and many more possible scenarios can at any time break our thin layer of modern civilization.



Many people dream of a time when they can leave it all behind and live off the land and no longer be concerned with the hustle and bustle of a dog eat dog world where their morals are constantly challanged by the society that they have helped develope. In other words "going galt".



To quote one of my favorite hollywood movies, "V for Vendetta"....the character "V" says "...there is something definitely wrong with this country".



Everyone knows this to be true about our own country. If you go to the grocery store, gas station, church or even the local coin shop; conversations are the same. What then are we going to do about it?



The time to sit on the sidelines is now over. We are either people of action or keyboard warriors. It is time NOW to "GO GALT".



It is time to quit. Quit contributing to the massive machine that has seen the greatest nation and beacon of freedom and liberty to rise and fall in less than 250 years. Yes, everyone has thier own tipping point. What event are we looking for that has not either already occurred or is so undeniably in our future, that we can afford to continue living our lives as though everything is going to be okay with no consequences in our personal everyday living?



My advice: Get out of the cities, learn to live hand to mouth concerning your food and anything else for that matter. Create an individual system of finances. To some this may be precious metals, others food or other useful commodities. And begin to think clearly not allowing the pariah's of capitulated morality which are reprobate contol your vision and judgement.



If we wait and continue to feed the monster in the backyard all the while in denial that one day it will eat us; we may become ineffectual to the survival of our families and ourselves.

Excellent post Natty. Not that what you say is a big topic around here, but even the no nothings are gettin the feeling that all is not well. Now, if the media, as we know it were not in bed with the man behind the curtain it may be possible that the root of the problem could be ferreted out in the open, and be dealt with.
