Pinto Bean Fudge2/3 cups canned milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups diced marshmallows
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup cooked, strained beans (not runny)
1 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar and milk in heavy kettle. Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until marshmallows dissolve (minature marshmallows work fair), Pour in puttered pan. Cool and cut in squares. This is good protein.
