Have you ever tried the ballon method when making wine? I use a helium ballon tied onto the bottle instead of using a bubbler.

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

Re: our little pantry.... nope... started out using a rubber stopper and some aquarium tubing run into a gallon jug of Vodka. used wax to seal the tubing around the stopper. then i got lazy and went and bought some airlocks from our wine supply store. less than $2 apiece is a lot better insurance.
