Hi folks, just aquick bit of myself, Im an ex-OTR trucker, and will probably go back to it, Ive been all over this great country of ours, and half of Canada, spent a lil time overseas with Uncle Sam, been thru Blizzards, tornados, heat waves and Ice storms, and even a couple of riots. Ive gotten to see the best and worst in people, and the best and worst of weather and life. Ive got a few words of advice for all, Prepare, Prepare, Prepare. you never know what life is going to throw at you. TEOTWAWKI, for you may be as simple as going to the doctor, a call for help from your child, family member or a neighbor,a change in the weather,a break in in the middle of the night. just a simple family crisis may be your teowawki. always have extra cash, food, medical supplies, tecnical manuels, books on first aid, ect. and other nessities on hand. its impossible to be prepared for everything, but a little knowlege goes a long way, and a lil extra gear goes a LOT farther, and WILL save your life, and those you love.
