Look for independent reviews. I think the family grain mill is one of the best.
http://www.everythingkitchens.com/artic ... nders.htmlI have the Country Living mill. It isn't cheap but all the reviews say it's among the best.
Grinding grain is hard work! It has a big flywheel so i figured it would be easier to rig up a bike for leg power or a motor.
PawPaw is the largest native fruit to North America. Doesn't keep well, so it will always be sort of an exotic treat assuming it survives.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PawpawIf you've ever had a May Apple I think they taste similar. Now is a great time to scout out those May Apple patches BTW. Really easy to spot and take note for when they ripen. Under Hardwood trees along the roadside, once you know what to look for they're all over the place.
