 Mary Bell's Complete Dehydrator Cookbook
DD ordered a book from overstock.com on dehydrating. It has a lot of interesting things which I'll post as I try them.
Mary Bell's Complete Dehydrator Cookbook.
Mary Bell goes into detail on fruits and vegetables and meats, herbs and crafts, the preparing, any pretreatment needed and the use of different syrups to candy fruits and rinds.
The second part of the book deals with cooking dehydrated foods with recipes including Main Courses, Soups, desserts, beverages and herbal creations. There are even recipes for our fur babies.
This looks like a book I will use and refer to often.
