 Re: MARCH 2010
Kelee, so sorry to hear about the stock you had to throw out, looks like a good time to look through all you do have. I think with the new house and the space you will have you'll be able to keep track of things a lot better. My best wishes to you that all goes well from here on out.

 Re: MARCH 2010
Monday March 22nd
OK, it is not a good week to get free or cheap. I went to Target today and bought my Grandkids 2 board games. Monopoly and Connect 4. After sales and coupons I paid $2.00 for both of them, so for a buck each, I consider it a bargain.
I did go to the one thrift store in downtown Schenectady, since I was down there anyway seeing my little one. I splurged $2.69 on one of those pretty mirrored trays for my dresser, it's the girl in me. Bought a large bowl with different color roses on it for $2.50, will match dishes I have been collecting slowly from thrift stores. Bought a complete set of tupperware canisters in blue for $2.69 Also a lilac colored crocheted baby blanket with pastel colored trim on it for $2.99 beautiful workmanship on it. That was it.
Well at Target I did walk around a bit, can't refuse looking at those red clearance tags for some reason. 4 - 12yd rolls of Gorilla tape duck tape for $1.24 each, regularly $4.99 each, wished they had more. 2 - 3/16" x 100' Clothesline Cord with storage holder on clearance for $3.40, only had 2 left. 9 - Strawberry Jell-O were on sale for 42 cents each and I had $1.25 off 3 coupons, so 1 cent per 3, or 3 cents for all 9. might go back for more, unfortunately they only have strawberry flavor.

OK, it is dangerous having me home alone for a week. I stopped at the thrift store, now you really have to wonder why so many people do not like afghans, home made with love by someone. Well I just picked up large one with a ripple stich for $2.99, to tell the truth, I doubt I could buy a skein of yarn for that. it has greens, gold and yellows, a nice subtle hue of each. Also found a Better Homes & Gardens Barbeque Book, copyright 1965 for 99 cents A "More Lap Quilting" Book for 99 cents
Then I went on to Target: 3 Monopoly games for $2 each, Regularly $15.00 each, one to keep and 2 to give away. 1 Connect 4 game, regularly $14.something, FREE after coupons 4 - more rolls of Gorilla Duck Tape for $1.24 each, regularly $4.99 each 2 - bottles of Gorilla Glue for $1.24 each, regularly $4.99 each 3 - boxes of Betty Crocker cake mix for 50 cents each, regularly $1.68 each 5 - tubs of Betty Crocker Frosting for 50 cents each, regularly $1.68 each, got to love sales and coupons 4 - Rubbermaid Roughneck Totes $4.88 each on clearance, regularly $9.98 each
Next and last stop was Rite-aid 4 - bottles of Natrol Acia Berry Supplement $10.99 each 1 - J&J Baby Lotion Cocoa Butter $2.99 1 - L'Oreal Vive Conditioner $2.49 1 - Reese Peanut Butter Cup 50 cents 1 - J&J Tough Pads 4 ct $6.49 Paid 45 cents for $58.11 in merchandise
