 Re: June 2011 My hard drive crashed, permanently. DH bought me a new 2 TB one!! I love him. Good thing I'm OCD about backing up my stuff! I even had my chrome preferences saved off, so I didn't have to ask any of the boards I'm on to send me my password! You would have, though, right Kelee? Y'all do love me, right?

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

Re: June 2011 June is almost gone.
It is getting harder & harder to prep. Food prices and everything is going up. Still no job, the house is being foreclosed, & SNAP (food stamps) just aren't buying as much as they used to.
I'm wondering what happens to people like me when the license fees are due on the vehicle & drivers license..?
HELL, the little job I had selling at a Flea Market has died. Stuff just is NOT selling anymore. More & more regulations are being implemented against Flea Markets. I've been to other Flea Markets and they are all dying a slow death.
Yard Sales are next to illegal. A new law was recently passed in my area the forbids Yard Sale signs. I see permits being required for Yard Sales in the next year and even a total banning of Yard Sales.
THEY don't want us to do anything!
I've been mad but I'm getting REAL MAD now!

Re: June 2011 It is hard to prep, that's why I posted about my hard drive here, I consider it a prep! It certainly took money away from my preps.
At least I can store more information/entertainment.

Re: June 2011 got a couple of external hard drives and cleaned off the one in the computer
I have two copies of my files on the big external and one one copy on the smaller plus the backup of my computer on both
YEP, it takes away from the WTSHTF preps
