Post Honey Peanut Brittle
I just found this recipe this morning, gonna have to try it!!

2 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 T. butter
1 c. water
1/8 t. salt
2 c. roasted peanuts

Put sugar, honey, salt, and water in saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cook to 300 F. Remove from fire. Add butter and peanuts. Stir just enough to mix thoroughly. Pour out on a well greased marble slab or baking sheet into very thin sheets. Allow to cool and break into irregular pieces.

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.
