I especially like the section, which is intended to give you a breakdown of all preps necessary for 1 adult for 1 year, for purchase their regular shopping trips, and not some 1 size fits all package deal at a high price, Some people will want more or less of each item, but the best thing about it is:
Prices are adjusted yearly for inflation!
(Hard Times Survival) at the top left side. This is a very popular website here, as a quick search shows it has been posted or referenced 14 times.
