Post Epsom salt accidentally used in goat cheese...well, CR&P!
No glasses on, grabbed the epsom salt instead of the sea salt, 3 TBSP...forgot to move it off my "working shelf" added it to my goat cheese, (2 1/2 gal of goat milk before draining)...like I said..Well, CR&P!

Been trying to find some info on whether this needs to be pitched or is it edible?

Okay y'all, I know someone out there knows the answer to this...the web isn't much help.

not sure...but you are not the only one to make those types of mistakes

my daughter made cupcakes and instead of dried powdered egg,she used dried powdered cheese,we ate about half before we realized and wondered why the cupcakes had such a weird taste

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.
