 Elderberry Cordial
Elderberry Cordial 6 c water 2c dried elderberries 2 c of raw honey(Can use less honey here, 1 c will work just as well. Also you don't have to use raw, but local is best, raw or pasterized) 10 cloves or 2 tsp ground 2 tbs grated ginger 2 sticks of cinnamon 2 tbs lemon juice
Cook elderberries, water, cloves, cinnamon and ginger to boiling. Then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 min. until it is reduced by half. Strain and add honey and lemon. Cool and bottle. Store in the refrigerator. Will last a long time. To take: If you feel a cold coming on or have been around sick people. Start taking 2 Tbs daily. When sick take 1 tsp hourly. If you don't want to take it straight you can take it in hot water. You can also just take this daily, it will not hurt you. It is full of anitioxidants. Elderberry is good for sleep apnea, also. Best to take it two hours before bed.
New member here, so thought I would post this as my first post.

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

Hope it helps him, Kelee! Also hope it is helpful to you too Muad'dib. Thanks for the welcome to!
I will be editing it... forgot to add you don't have to use raw honey..but local is best. I prefer raw honey. You can also use less honey. Not as sweet but still as good.
