 Cheap pizza stone Go to Menards or Home Depot and buy a case of cheap unglazed quarry tile (6x6). Line the bottom rack of your oven with the tiles and proceed as you would with a pizza stone. Works for bread also. It is cheap to install and cheap to maintain and works as well or better.

Re: Cheap pizza stone I have 2 large pizza stones 15 x 18, one stays in the oven and the other is back up, just in case I break one, but this is a much better idea and cheaper.
