Canned meatloaf

 Canned meatloaf This is thanks to Summerthyme on TOL, it is amazing!
You take wide mouth pint jars and fill them with your meatloaf recipe (I just added ragu and sauteed onions to ground beef and mixed it up) and bake them in the oven to 165 degrees in the center, then wipe the lids (I used vinegar) and pressure can as usual for meat.
It's not USDA approved, but it made the cutest little meatloaves that just slide out of the jar!
I'm going to make them again as soon as I get more meat!

I would use just plain tomatoe sauce because of my allergies...

From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.
