thanks. I have been using a three foot section of RR track for so long I doubt if I would remember what to do with a real anvil.
Making the square hole for the hardy was the biggest pain for me, at that time I didn't have a torch.

Dread that is what Mike uses too, although he is always on the lookout for a 100# anvil. He's bid on a few at auctions, but most of the time they end up selling for more than a new one, crazy!
