Post 5.8 earthquake felt across the eastern half of North America
A strong earthquake measuring at 5.8 on the Richter scale hit multiple cities across the eastern half of United States and Canada. The quake’s epicentre was in Richmond, Virginia, which is not far from the Dominion Virginia Power's North Anna nuclear plant. The facility was subsequently shut down as a precautionary measure.

There have also been some reports of possible structural damage to the affected areas.

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

"...made for a very interesting show today."

Heh, heh...I can well imagine.

Check out a video done by a guy named 'Dutchsince'. He shows that all of the recent EQs here are along the southern boundry of an ancient 'craton' called the 'Laurinthian Craton'. That boundry runs from about New Hanpshire, down the east coast, turns and runs through the southern tier of States, and then up the west coast to about Oregon. And he's saying, "It ain't over with yet".
