10 foods that will keep forever
You may be surprised how many of your kitchen staples have a shelf life of decades — even after they've been opened.
Rice
vanilla extract
cornstarch
sugar
salt
honey
corn syrup
distilled white vinegar
maple syrup
hard liquor

I don’t think it’s a matter of “is it coming.” I think that it’s already here, it’s just a matter of perspective. From one perspective, our frog friends are telling us that we should be grateful that the “spa” is hot and luxurious. From the cook’s perspective… another 10 minutes and we’ll be dinner.

Good news, Kelee- Pepsi WILL last forever. The trouble is finding a container that will keep the fizz in it.

Hard Liquor has food value, but food has no liquor value

On the River Steamer Arabia, that sank in the Missouri River about 1860 or so, Cherries were found in glass bottles, sealed with cork. The fellow that brought up part of the boat ate some, and said they were not very good, but they evidently didn't kill him
