I would loke to add..I did prep mac and cheese and found that the packaged cheese went bad..I bought back up at the bulk store and canned it then pumped and sealed it...
pancake mixs should be bought last as they can also go bad..
but over all an awesome list...

Re: 1 yr staples for 1 adult good list . It would be worthwhile adding the list to your post. That way when people do a search of prep the chance will be greater that they will come here to read that list.
